• Complete all Michigan State Certification areas
• Complete at least 2 ASE certifications
• Become a Certified Toyota Technician
• Able to perform Operations in the following Skill Code Categories:
• Spark Plug Replacement
• Fluid Exchanges
• Alternator /Starter /Battery Diagnosis/Replacement
• Air Conditioning Recharge
• Brake Pad & Shoe Replacements/Rotor & Drum Resurfacing
• Graduate to 'B' Level when endorsed by Shop Foreman

B SKILL LEVEL "JOURNEYMAN" - Apply Now ->

• Wage range $20.00 - $23.00 plus production incentives up to $3.00 per hour
• Become a Mentor/Trainer and earn an additional $5.00 to $10.00 per hour.
• Complete at least 4 ASE certifications including Refrigerant Recycling Certificate
• Fixed Right score equal to or above district average
• Able to perform all 'C' level Operations, plus the following Skill Categories
• Head Gasket Diagnosis & Replacement
• Steering & Suspension Component Diagnosis & Replacement
• Clutch & Pressure Plate Diagnosis & Replacement
• Electrical Accessory Diagnosis & Replacement
• Brake Pad & Shoe Replacements/Rotor & Drum Resurfacing
• Air Conditioning Component Diagnosis & Replacement
• Graduate to 'B' Level when endorsed by Shop Foreman

• Wage range $24.00 - $27.00 plus production incentives up to $3.00 per hour
• Become a Mentor/Trainer and earn an additional $5.00 to $10.00 per hour.
• 3 years of experience with at least 1 year at 'B' Level
• Expert level Toyota Training achieved
• Fixed right score above district average
• Able to perform all 'B' Level Operations, plus the following Categories:
• Drivability Diagnosis & Replacement
• Drivability Diagnosis & Replacement
• Transmission Diagnosis & Replacement
• Differential Diagnosis & Replacement
• Maintain proficiency of 100+% for 10 of 12 weeks in your area of expertise

A SKILL LEVEL "MASTER" - Apply Now ->

• Wage range $28.00 - $30.00 plus production incentives up to $3.00 per hour
• Become a Mentor/Trainer and earn an additional $5.00 to $10.00 per hour.
• ASE master Certified, Toyota Factory Master Certified and must be maintained
• Able to perform all labor operations
• Fixed right score well above district average
• Maintain proficiency of 100+% for 10 of 12 weeks
